Easter

We had a wonderful time in Cincinnati for Easter.  After watching the Redhawks game on Saturday night, Leo and I wrote a note for the Easter Bunny and left him carrots and water as a treat.  He must have liked them, because everything was gone in the morning.  Will got so many baskets of fun things from the Easter Bunny...he is still having a blast playing with all of the stuff!  We also got to have an Easter egg hunt at the Wiechert's house, which was a ton of fun too.  There is also a picture of Leo pushing Will in the swing! (you gotta love the glasses!)

Go Redhawks!

Even though they couldn't pull off the upset and win the National Championship in hockey last weekend, it was an exciting game.  Will and I had to have our picture taken in our matching Redhawks attire.  Thanks to Aunt Lisa for the adorable onesie!

E Bunny

Yes, it took three tries for Will to meet the Easter Bunny for the first time.  It was worth it though!  What great memories.  When we first put him on the bunny's lap, he let out a huge scream and turned bright red.  Then, we were able to get him to at least look at the bunny if one of us was holding him.  By the end, we were able to get a good picture of the two handsome guys (one being the bunny of course).

Oh, what messy fun!

Will is still an eating machine and has just started eating some basic table foods.  After just one day of practice, he seems to have mastered eating fruit puffs and teething biscuits (100% barley...yum!).  I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get a picture of him during his first teething biscuit experience.  Will is becoming a pro at smiling at the camera....hopefully that will never change!

Enjoying a lazy spring day

Will was a great helper when I ran errands last week after work, so I couldn't pass up the chance to buy him his first swing.  We are very fortunate because the family who owned our house before us already mounted rings for the swing outside of our garage.  It was fun to put him in his first pair of shorts and sandals...what a cutie!  I have a feeling we will be spending many summer afternoons swinging away!

Grosse Pointe Visit

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time in Grosse Pointe two weekends ago.  It was great to visit with family and friends and Will loved showing off how big he is getting.  He couldn't get enough of all of the fantastic toys Mimi has already bought and collected for him.  Will is a very lucky little man!  Here are a few of our favorite pictures.
